The 25/26 winter programme is well underway and runs up to March 2026.
Our next event is Hidden in Plain Sight – a look inside the vast Andrew Henderson Bishop Collection at the Hunterian Museum, University of Glasgow.
Behind one of Scotland’s greatest archaeological treasures lies a story of grocery empires, family legacies, and a lifelong obsession. Andrew Henderson Bishop didn’t just collect “old things”—he spent a lifetime and a family fortune assembling a 23,000-piece “time capsule” that redefined our understanding of prehistoric life.

It’s on Thursday 19th March at Finn’s Place (Langside Parish Church) 167 Ledard Road, G42 9QU. Admission is free (donations are very welcome) with tickets available at Eventbrite. Link below
